Todd and Carrie Melloh purchased Crown Haven in 2025 to better serve their community by offering a place where families can explore nature, be educated, have fun and create memories.
Todd and Carrie got married in 2006. They have four boys; Luke (27) Evan (25), Graham (16) and Hudson (14). Carrie grew up in Kokomo and then attended Indiana University and went on to medical school at IU. Carrie finished her residency in 2006 where she became a family doctor. Carrie is a dedicated and compassionate physician currently practicing at Community Physicians in Fishers, IN. With a strong commitment to patient-centered care, Carrie brings years of experience in family and general medicine, offering a holistic approach to healthcare. Family is the most important thing to Carrie as she spends quality time with her parents, grandma Anna, and twin sister and her boys.
Todd is originally from Indianapolis, where he graduated from Butler University. Todd Melloh brings over 30 years of expertise in marketing, public relations, mentoring, teaching, and fundraising, having raised millions of dollars for various organizations. He played a key role in transforming the Indianapolis Colts revenue from $200,000 to over $10.5 million before founding a sports marketing company serving as an NFL agent. As the Domestic and International Director of Marketing for Samaritan's Feet, he helped raise shoe donations from 500,000 to nearly 11 million pairs, securing major media coverage. For the past 12 years, he has led Beyond This, a nonprofit helping students discover purpose and develop emotional intelligence. A passionate advocate for fatherhood, Todd authored 24 Dates With My Dad and founded Gameday Coffee to encourage men to strengthen their roles as husbands and fathers.

Anna Ward is a Kokomo resident. She spent more than 40 years as an employee as GM plant in Kokomo and has rented homes to many families. Anna is a 93 year old grandmother of Co-Founder, Carrie Melloh, and she has three children, Christine, Paul and Terry.
Anna embodies the sprit and heritage of Howard County. Anna's legacy and the impact she has had on their lives and the lives of others in Kokomo and the surrounding community. Anna's Acres represents more than a name; it's a celebration of family, history, and the enduring values that connect them to their roots.
