
Todd and Carrie Melloh acquired Crown Haven in 2025 with a vision to create a welcoming space where families can connect with nature, learn, and build lasting memories. Their mission is to serve the community by providing meaningful outdoor experiences rooted in education, recreation, and togetherness.
Carrie Melloh, M.D., is a board-certified family physician practicing with Community Physicians in Fishers, Indiana. A graduate of Indiana University and the IU School of Medicine, she has dedicated her career to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with a holistic approach to health and wellness.
Todd Melloh brings more than 30 years of experience in marketing, public relations, nonprofit leadership, and youth development. He has led successful fundraising and awareness initiatives, contributed to major brand growth in professional sports and humanitarian organizations, and founded Beyond This, a nonprofit focused on helping students discover purpose and build emotional intelligence. Todd is also an advocate for family engagement and author of 24 Dates With My Dad.
Together, Todd and Carrie are proud to reintroduce Crown Haven as Anna’s Acres, honoring the legacy of Carrie’s grandmother, Anna, and celebrating their family’s deep roots in the Howard county. They look forward to creating a space where families come together, memories are made, and future generations are inspired by nature and connection.

Anna Ward is a lifelong Kokomo resident who spent more than 40 years working for General Motors and has provided housing to many local families throughout her life. She is the grandmother of Co-Founder Carrie Melloh and mother to three children: Christine, Paul, and Terry.
Anna embodies the spirit and heritage of Howard County. Her life reflects the values of hard work, resilience, generosity, and deep commitment to family and community. Known for her warm guidance, unwavering strength, and caring nature, Anna has positively impacted countless lives in Kokomo and the surrounding area.

Anna’s Acres is a premier equestrian and family-focused destination set on a beautiful 100-acre property in Howard County. Designed for riders of all levels, the facility offers exceptional boarding, training, and leisure riding opportunities in a scenic, peaceful environment. At the heart of the property is a 20,000-square-foot indoor arena, providing year-round space for riding, training, and special events.
